Let our friendly skipper and crew take the friends and family out for 4hrs of fishing fun. This Summer will make it 35 years of experience fishing on and around Port Phillip Bay, so we want to share that knowledge with our customers and send them home with a bag of fish cleaned, filleted and bagged, ready for the BBQ. On these trips we are generally targeting Flathead, Calamari, Salmon and Pinkies. If time allows we will often head over to Chinaman’s Hat to have a look at he local seals lazing around on the structure.

Fishing Without The Stress

Everything's Supplied, Even the Tea and Coffee

All rods, reels, bait and tackle are supplied, tea and coffee are provided, and there's a toilet on board. Our crew are on hand to help with baiting up and unhooking, then back at the pier your catch is cleaned, filleted and bagged, ready for the BBQ.

On these trips we generally target flathead, calamari, salmon and pinkies, and if time allows we'll swing by Chinaman's Hat to check out the local seals lazing about on the structure.

The Fine Print

Reservation Policy

Payments:

For Individual and small group bookings payment is required in full using a credit card over the phone.
For Private Charters a 30% deposit is required to make a reservation when booking using credit card, bank transfer or cheque.
Final payment on the day either credit card or cash.
Bookings are fully transferable and can be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
Refunds are not available.

Booking Terms and Conditions:

You MUST provide a mobile contact number whereby you are reachable either the night before of the morning of your trip.
Trips proceed with a Minimum of 6 passengers.
Rip Charters reserves the right to cancel a trip if minimum numbers are not met.

Check in Times:
To keep faith with other guests DEPARTURE TIMES FOR ALL TRIPS ARE EXACT. If you are late, you will have to make another appointment. Please allow plenty of time for Summer traffic and delays in finding a car park.

Cancelled Trips:
Transfers to another charter date will be issued when a trip is cancelled due to:

a. Rip Charters skipper regards the weather conditions as unsafe.
b. Unforseen circumstances outside of Rip Charters control.
